Schedule:
- Friday 6am-2pm
- Saturday 6am-2pm
Responsibilities:
- Enforce visitor policy and access control protocols.
- Monitor and control facility access points, verifying employee, contractor, and visitor credentials.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
- Oversee proper ID verification, badge issuance, and escort procedures.
- Ensure U.S. Person vs. Foreign Person verification is performed correctly.
- Comply with post orders, site security procedures, and NDA guidelines.
- Maintain standards for appearance, punctuality, and equipment readiness.
- Prepare and submit clear, detailed Daily Activity Logs (DALs) and Incident Reports.
- Maintain a highly visible, alert, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast pace, structured high compliance environment.
- Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, NFC scanning apps, and digital reporting systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
