Looking for an exciting opportunity to work as a Personal Protection Officer or Private Investigator? We are seeking a highly-skilled and dedicated officer to join our team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of the premises of a high end luxury brand retail store in River Oaks protecting retail assets and greeting customers.

We are seeking a highly professional Level 4 Security Officer or Private Investigator to join our team at one of Houston's finest luxury retail shops in the River Oaks District. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff, while also providing excellent customer service. This role requires a candidate who is able to stand on their feet for long periods of time, and is not easily distracted while on duty. As a officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients retail shop, and we are seeking an individual who is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
(Officer will be required to wear black suit, white shirt, and black tie while on duty.)

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and create a security presence among high end retail luxury products. 
• Monitor and patrol the retail shop premises to prevent theft, damage, and disturbances. This will involve keeping a watchful eye on customers and staff, and intervening as necessary to prevent criminal activity.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, and communicate effectively with customers, staff, and law enforcement personnel. This will involve handling potentially difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, and being able to adapt your communication style to suit different people and scenarios.
• Respond promptly, and swiftly to security and safety incidents. 
• Respond rapidly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies, and report them to management as necessary. This will involve staying calm under pressure, and being able to think on your feet to make the best possible decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete and submit detailed incident reports, and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities. This will involve keeping detailed records of all incidents and events that occur on the retail shop premises, and ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.
