Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and staff.
- Guard Shack Duties: Operate from the guard shack, monitoring surveillance cameras, controlling access to the property, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Enforce Property Rules: Enforce property rules and regulations, responding to incidents and disturbances in a calm and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents or suspicious activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies, coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within a high-end or luxury residential setting, is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Training: Security guard certification or training is a plus.
