- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized systems.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and office teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when required.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and best practices.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
