Summary
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at City Plumbing & Electric Supply Co. ***MUST have previous electrical experience either in sales or in the field!!!*** This role is essential for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our commercial clients across North Georgia and Southern North Carolina. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide exceptional service and quality products.
Inside electrical sales involves communicating with customers, buyers and vendors while building relationships and generating sales.
Responsibilities
- Customer service: Provide excellent customer service and develop rapport with potential customers
- Buyer support: Work hand in hand supporting sales staff with purchasing materials
- Vendor relations: Enter PO’s, negotiate pricing, and approve invoices.
- Sales: Generate sales and referrals from customers
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively
- Relationship building: Develop long-term relationships with customers
- Computer skills: Use computer programs like Word, Excel, and email
- Time management: Manage time and multitask to serve multiple customers
