• Compensation - $50,000 - $60,000 per year base salary, plus commission.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Account Executive

• Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across a variety of industries and roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client accounts
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer and placement
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client portfolio
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients and present City Personnel's staffing solutions
• Collaborate with teammates to meet placement targets and shared revenue goals
• Maintain organized candidate and client records throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications of the Recruitment Account Executive

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or account management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal
• Comfortable balancing a people-first mindset with a results-driven approach
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
• Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Must be able to work fully on-site in Providence, RI
