City Park Dental is seeking an experienced, motivated Treatment Coordinator who can take ownership of treatment presentation, patient follow-up, and case acceptance.
We have an amazing, family-like team and a beautiful office with large windows in every treatment room. We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, confidence, and accountability—and follows through.
Your Role
You will work closely with our doctors to help patients understand their recommended care, navigate financial arrangements, and get treatment scheduled.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Presenting doctor-recommended treatment plans clearly and confidently.
- Explaining treatment fees, estimated insurance benefits, and patient financial responsibilities.
- Helping patients work through concerns about cost, timing, and next steps with empathy and professionalism.
- Discussing available payment and financing options.
- Turning treatment recommendations into scheduled appointments.
- Consistently following up on unscheduled treatment and maintaining an organized follow-up system.
- Coordinating appointments with the clinical team to support an efficient, productive schedule.
- Ensuring insurance benefits are verified and estimates are accurate before presenting financial arrangements.
- Tracking case acceptance, pending treatment, and follow-up results.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven dental treatment coordination experience, with a track record of helping patients accept and complete care.
- Confidence presenting both straightforward and comprehensive treatment plans.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance, and financial arrangements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Outstanding organization and consistent follow-through.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and comfort being accountable for performance.
- A team player who keeps patient needs and clinical recommendations at the center of every conversation.
This position requires more than checking patients in and answering phones. We need someone who can own the treatment coordination process from presentation through scheduling.
