Overview: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician 2 with specialized trade experience and versatile skill sets to join our team. In addition to performing maintenance tasks across various disciplines, this role will involve mentoring and providing guidance to Maintenance Technician 1, fostering their skill development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance services. Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus to operate motor vehicles and heavy equipment. The visual acuity required to perform work at or within an arm’s reach in performing mechanical or technical trade tasks. The employee must perceive sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make fine discriminations in sound. The employee will express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, and they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. The physical demands will require the employee to constantly lift, adjust, or move objects up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift, adjust, or move objects up to 100 lbs. or more. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
