What are the responsibilities and job description for the Request for Proposals - Arraignment Prosecutor position at City of Yakima?
The City of Yakima seeks proposals to provide legal services for representation during the Yakima Municipal Court arraignment docket. If you are interested in this opportunity, we request that you submit a brief proposal to provide these services.
Scope of Engagement
The engagement requires the candidate to be licensed with the Washington State Bar Association as an attorney in good standing. Experience attending arraignments at any level of court is preferred but not required. Candidates should have excellent verbal skills, be punctual and organized. The arraignment calendar is currently held at the Yakima Municipal Court daily at 9:00 a.m. and is generally completed by noon. This engagement requires in-person attendance in Yakima Municipal Court, located at 200 South 3rd Street, Yakima, Washington, 98901.
