WATER AND SEWER UTILITIES SUPERINTENDENT
Due to retirement, the City of Woodstock is recruiting for its next Water and Sewer Superintendent with the Public Works Department.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible to provide leadership, planning, and coordinating of the operation for the water treatment plants, water storage facilities and related wells and equipment, water distribution system, sanitary sewer collection system, and the storm sewer system, and provides supervision to Division employees.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, microbiology or related field with 5-7 years of related water treatment plant operating experience and underground utility maintenance experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Class B - Drinking Water Operator Certification in Illinois.
- 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record for eligibility of City coverage.
Salary & Benefits:
The annual salary range for this salaried/exempt position is $94,568.45 to $132,392.00, with an anticipated hiring range of $94,568.45 to $108,763.20, based on qualifications of the successful candidate.
