Highly responsible professional and administrative work, managing all activities of the Public Works & Utility Department including Streets, Stormwater, Water, Sewer, GIS & Facilities. Work is performed under the administrative direction of the Public Works & Utility Director.

Qualifications/Education Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.
- Five years progressively responsible experience in public works activities, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Valid Colorado Drivers license.
- Participates in various employee committees as needed or directed.
- Attends workshops, seminars, and schools as applicable.
- Other related duties as assigned.
