The City of Winchester is seeking a full-time public works worker. Duties include water and wastewater management, general maintenance, mowing, weed eating, spraying, park maintenance, pothole and street patching/repair and snow removal. Weekend work required, subject to call back for emergencies as needed. Successful applicants must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver's license, successfully pass a background check and be willing to obtain water and wastewater certifications after 24 months of employment if the applicant does not already possess such certifications.
