What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Athletic Assistant position at City of Winchester?
Schedules and coordinates various leagues and other activities
Coordinates the efforts of the athletic division with the other divisions within the Parks and Recreation Department to ensure that goals are achieved
Manages equipment
Supervises facilities
Provides excellent customer service to patrons
Prepares reports as needed
Works nights, weekends and holidays
Contributes to a positive work environment
Education and/or Experience: Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. An associate degree in Parks and Recreation, Health and Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred with some related experience, including supervision of personnel and game officiating.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Possession of a valid and appropriate driver’s license.
