Description



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pulls rosters and reports from recreation software
  • Completes proper forms and reports, including, but not limited to, incident reports
  • Completes tasks in an organized, detail-oriented, and timely fashion
  • Supports full-time staff within the Community Recreation division
  • Provides excellent customer service, and establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers, officials, instructors, and public
  • Assists in preparation, set-up, and break down of special events and community recreation programs
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Behind-the-scenes event management/work/volunteering experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's license
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred
  • Ability to work on an as needed basis
