Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of urban planning concepts, land use policies, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in conducting research, data analysis, and report preparation
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, including public presentations
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and planning software
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in environmental impact assessments and project management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) are advantageous
