Hiring Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced technical training in the earth or environmental sciences, and/or the appropriate water and/or wastewater treatment licenses.
- 6-8 years water system management experience required; leadership experience with a team of operators preferred.
- Hold or have the ability to obtain a MA Grade 3T-3D drinking water license, with knowledge of MA regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated proficient knowledge of water distribution and treatment operations with proven management experience. Must be able to identify and effectively resolve related issues.
- OSHA-10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
- Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
