Hiring Requirements/Preferences For Distribution Operator
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- A minimum of three years related experience and/or training.
- This position is a Full-Time position, with on-call duties. Position may require overtime/weekend/holiday/night work.
- Commonwealth of Massachusetts Grade 2D Drinking Water Distribution license or the ability to obtain and maintain within six (6) months from date of hire.
- Basic mathematical skills are required for this position. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Basic computer experience is required.
- OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
- Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid US Driver's License.
