JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Specialists to join our team for an exciting summer camp experience. As a camp Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for campers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and direct a creative program curriculum; make weekly lesson plan outline; enthusiastically implement your program; be organized with materials and equipment.
HOURS & DAYS
Must be available for full camp season from June 30 - August 7, 8:00am – 4pm (hours may vary slightly depending on the camp you are assigned to). Monday – Friday. May be asked to help cover early or extended day hours from 7:30am or to 6pm.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
Prior training in specialty area; knowledge of activities relating to specific specialty; ability to be flexible and spontaneous at assigned activities; ability to teach and relate to different levels of camper’s capabilities; at least 21 years of age; at least one year of college with at least 2 years of experience in expertise; two written recommendations attesting to character and ability to work with children.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour

License/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
