Qualifications
Refer to the Plant Mechanic Progression and Productivity Program Policies and Procedures Document for additional information and clarification on requirements, guidelines and procedures.
HOURS: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm
LOCATION:3600 Mohawk Blvd/Water & Sewer (IW)
PAY SCALE: Click for LABOR AND TRADES pay scale
Licenses and Certificates: Possession of a valid Oklahoma Class "D" Driver's License; possession of a Class "B" Commercial Driver's License with applicable endorsements within six (6) months from date of hire with some positions within this classification requiring a Class "A" CDL with applicable endorsements within six (6) months from date of hire; Possession of an applicable Class "D" Water/Wastewater License as issued by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) within eighteen (9) months of hire. Possession of a valid Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing apprentice license issue by the State of Oklahoma within 9 months of hire and, Possession of Hazwoper 40 hours training certification within 9 months (Water Plant Mechanics Only) Refer to the Plant Mechanic progression criterion document for additional requirements.
