What you'll do:
- Answer section phone calls and take appropriate action as required.
- Responds to 2-way radio calls and assigns orders as needed.
- Performs clerical duties associated with purchasing.
- Generates, collects and processes data and maintains office records.
The ideal candidate:
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Can work with a variety of external and internal customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent required; a bachelor's degree or some college-level education from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- One (1) year of clerical experience is required.
- Three (3) years of water industry field experience preferred.
