The City of Three Rivers is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Part-Time Grounds Maintenance worker in the Three Rivers Downtown Development Authority.
This position is part time and non-union, up to 465 hours per year. Hours vary depending on the season, with winter and summer containing as many as 29 hours per week. Fall and spring hours could be as little as 7.5 hours per week, depending on the workload.
Primary duties are within the DDA district and include but are not limited to: Mowing and trimming of City-owned areas, maintenance of flowers, sidewalk snow removal, and general care of City properties.
Employee will be expected to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle up to and including a small dump truck with a trailer to haul mowing equipment. Requirements: High School graduate or GED, MI Driver’s License, related skills and experience.
Rate of Pay: $12.00/Hr.
