Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter and detect criminal activity.
- Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
- Engage in conflict management strategies to resolve disputes peacefully.
- Collaborate with area law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Document incidents accurately and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and taking appropriate action.
- Maintain knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and relevant laws.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in law enforcement is preferred, post certification is required.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be physically fit to perform duties that may include standing for long periods or responding quickly in emergencies.
