153-25 Capital Program Manager: Step into a leadership role where your expertise shapes the future of Stillwater. As Capital Program Manager, you’ll guide the planning and execution of high-impact infrastructure projects that directly serve our community. These include the Lake McMurtry Raw Waterline, which secures our city’s water future, and the new Animal Welfare Facility, designed to enhance care and compassion for our four-legged residents. You’ll also oversee a robust Capital Improvement Plan encompassing pavement maintenance, infrastructure upgrades and replacements across streets, water, and sewer systems, as well as treatment plant and raw water supply initiatives. Special projects such as Rails-to-Trails and shared-use path developments further reflect our commitment to connectivity, sustainability, and quality of life.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, minimum of three years of experience in project management, including budget, quality control and schedule, for the construction of Civil Works projects, professional engineering license is preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Salary: $121,534.40- $132,808.00 annually DOQ plus a comprehensive benefits package is available including health, dental, vision, life, and retirement. A completed City of Stillwater application is required for consideration.
