Summary:
As a Youth Fitness Instructor, you will lead a variety of fitness classes and activities designed for children and teens. You'll create a positive and encouraging environment while helping participants improve their physical skills, coordination, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise youth fitness programs, ensuring classes are fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate.
- Motivate and encourage young participants to stay active while promoting a positive attitude toward health and fitness.
- Assist in developing new fitness activities tailored for children and teens.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and participants to provide a welcoming and safe experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized fitness space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
Qualifications (or Desired Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School graduate or GED certificate
- Experience working with youth in a coaching, teaching, or fitness setting (preferred)
- First Aid and CPR/AED Certification (preferred)
