Description








Come join a dedicated team working to protect water quality in our community! As a Stormwater Technician, you will perform inspection work, water quality monitoring, and related duties to address stormwater pollution and protect local streams and lakes for fishing, recreation, and community enjoyment.
This is a rewarding position that offers an opportunity to make a difference in the community through meaningful inspection work to address sources of pollution and contribute to water quality solutions as part of the City’s MS4 Stormwater Management Program. Qualifications and Requirements

Experience, Education, and Training
  • Bachelor's Degree in geography, biology, chemistry, environmental science or a closely related field of science
AND
  • One year of work related experience in an environmental or natural resources program;
  • Any direct experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Licensing/Certification
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
