What You Will Be Doing:
The Sales Specialist, Champions Club will serve as the strategic leader of memberships and rentals at Champions Club. The Sales Specialist will lead comprehensive efforts to grow and retain membership and maximize rental revenue. This is accomplished by devising and executing acquisition and retention strategies to meet established cost-recovery targets; developing alternative revenue streams; building strong community relationships and partnerships; conducting proactive outreach and sales efforts; and providing strategic support to the Champions Club Operations Manager. Other duties include supervising assigned recreation staff, managing budgets, preparing performance reports, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and contributing to the facility's long-term health and growth.

What You Bring To Us:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- A degree in Recreation Management, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Over two (2) years up to five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience using a CRM platform and a rentals/memberships management software is preferred
- Supervisory experience highly preferred.
