SUMMARY
Collect payments and provide customer service to visitors in the Utilities Department
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Collect water and sewer payments
Generate work orders from customer requests
Print and mail invoices to customers
Send work orders to replace meters as needed and make changes to current orders in progress
Assist with telephone calls, mail and drive-thru window
Assist customers with billing questions
Reports daily activities to the billing manager
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NONE
