WHAT YOU WILL DO: As the HR Generalist, you will:
- Collaborate with HR Manager to foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and excellence, focusing on customer service and efficiency.
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and retention, ensuring a workforce that reflects the community’s diversity.
- Manage benefits administration while maintaining compliance with all HR rules and regulations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in HR leadership and administration, preferably in a municipal setting. Equivalency considered.
SALARY RANGE: $71,718.40 to $76,128.00 annually.
