Position Details
- Full-time regular position
- 9/80 work schedule with alternating Friday off
- Salary Range from $7,127.47 to $9,136.40 monthly with Excellent Benefits
- 3% Cost of Living Adjustment increase effective 7/3/26
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, business administration or a related field.
- Three years of increasingly responsible professional analytical and administrative experience related to assigned area.
The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and practical problem‑solving abilities. Specifically, the ideal candidate will:
- Have a background that includes complex analytical work, with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations.
- Be able to translate and communicate state and federal program requirements into clear, actionable solutions that staff and stakeholders can easily understand.
- Demonstrate experience in research methods, grant and financial management, and the preparation of accurate reports, staff documents, forms, and program records.
- Possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers, the public, and external partners, while diplomatically de‑escalating challenging situations.
- Exhibit strong time‑management and prioritization skills, ensuring assignments are completed accurately and on time—even when additional hours, evenings, or weekends are required.
- Show a willingness to engage in field work such as site visits, inspections, and contractor walk‑throughs. Experience with construction coordination, bidding processes, appraisals, or building‑related documentation is highly desirable.
