Primary Responsibilities for this TLT Water Quality Cross-Connection Administrative Specialist:- Gather and review public data, including business licensing data, to identify areas where property use aligns with SPU’s Cross-connection Control program
- Work with the Cross-connection Control team to identify Severe & High Health Hazard facilities that are connected to the public water supply
- Help establish pathways for the data to be utilized by the program’s regulatory database
- Create spreadsheets to track and report progress
- Provide thorough and accurate reporting of progress
- Create job aids for business workflows created

Combinations of appropriate education, training, certification, and experience(s) will be evaluated on an individual basis for comparability.
Desired Qualifications:
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience organizing and successfully completing project work and related job aid
- Ability to work successfully with limited supervision, both in-office and remotely
- Water quality administrative experience, is preferred

The full salary range for this position is $35.56 per hour - $41.31 per hour.
Workplace Environment (*Telework Expectation):
This position allows for the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. City employees will have the option to work remotely two days a week. Individual schedules will be agreed upon by the employee and their supervisor.
