We are seeking a Visitor Information Assistant to support our tourism operations and create a warm, welcoming experience for guests, locals, and those planning trips to Seaside from around the world. In this role, you'll answer questions, provide travel tips, prepare visitor guide mailings, help maintain brochures and tourism materials, and assist with administrative and front-counter support in a dynamic and friendly environment.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist walk-in guests at the Visitors Bureau lobby
Respond to phone calls and emails with a positive and helpful tone
Stuff, fold, label, and prepare weekly visitor guide mailings and materials
Organize and maintain regional brochures and tourism resources
Provide accurate and up-to-date Seaside tourism knowledge
Support bureau team members with administrative needs
Perform light office cleaning and opening/closing duties as needed
ScheduleWork Style
This is a part-time, irregular position of up to 12 hours per week. Availability on Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays (seasonally), and holidays is required. You'll work directly with our Director of Tourism Marketing and serve as the friendly face of Seaside hospitality.

Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs. and complete light office tasks
Compensation
$23.24 per hour, part-time, non-exempt
