Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct water and sewer crews.
- Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on water and wastewater systems, tanks, pumps, hydrants, and wells.
- Handle employee evaluations, training, and discipline.
- Respond to customer concerns regarding leaks, usage, or sewer issues.
- Ensure compliance with TCEQ, TDH, and EPA regulations.
- Collect and deliver water samples for testing.
- Prepare monthly reports for the Utilities Superintendent.
- High school diploma or equivalent; specialized training preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in water/wastewater system operations.
- Valid Texas driver's license.
- Wastewater Class "C" or Class "II" Collections License.
- Water Operator Class "C" License.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
