Processes voice mail messages, email requests, and after-hours requests. Communicate directly with customers, managers and staff to research and resolve difficult concerns. Serve as the first point of contact to citizens to access their local government.

Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent plus two (2) years of experience in customer service, billings, finance,bookkeeping; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Requirements Background investigation, including supervised drug screen, post offer/pre-employment medical screen; and verificationof education, certifications, and licenses required prior to employment.
