This position reviews and ensures compliance and accuracy through technical review of construction plans and proposals (both residential and commercial) for compliance with numerous complex, technical and administrative codes and rules including all building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, accessibility codes, and city ordinance/standards for life safety and structural components.
