We are currently seeking:
A custodian to join our team. In this role, you will maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment within the building and grounds; support the overall appearance and functionality of the premises and ensure a hygienic and welcoming space for employees and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing designated areas within the building, including hallways, offices, restrooms, break room, and common areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners in all areas of the facility.
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor or facilities manager.
- Replenishing restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as required.
- Following all safety rules and regulations to minimize risk of accidents and enhance the safety of employees and visitors.
- Providing support for special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning or post-construction cleaning.

Requirements and Skills:
- Performing custodial or janitorial services.

- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
- Reliable, punctual ability to work independently.

- Follow verbal and written instructions and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. One year of experience in janitorial work is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Licenses or Certifications:
- Must possess a valid Texas Driver License with a good driving record.
- Applicants with an out-of-state driver license must provide an original certified driving record from the state of driving licensure.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Work is performed indoors and outdoors; required to perform moderate physical work, and lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
