The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for promoting the safe, appropriate, and effective use of medications through drug utilization reviews and comprehensive clinical pharmacy services. This role supports patient care by providing clinical oversight, medication management, and collaboration with healthcare providers and care teams. In addition, the Clinical Pharmacist will assist in the daily operations of the in-house retail pharmacy, including the accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications. Required qualifications include a valid Kansas Pharmacists license in good standing. Desired qualifications include a minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical patient care management, completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 residency program, and board certification in Ambulatory Care (BCACP).
