- Performs a variety of semi-skilled, manual duties in the
water, wastewater and reclaimed water structures and systems while
assigned to one or more divisions.
- Assists in the cleaning, maintenance and repair of water, wastewater
- Assists in the removal of old pipe and the laying of new pipelines,
meters and repair.
- Digs and fills trenches manually or using light equipment. Learns to

**Education, Experience, Certifications and Licenses:**
- High School diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
