- 0-4 Yrs: 5.18 hrs bi-weekly / 134 hrs per year / 162 max carryover
- 5-9 Yrs: 7.32 hrs bi-weekly / 190 hrs per year / 216 max carryover
- 10 Yrs: 9.48 hrs bi-weekly / 246 hrs per year / 270 max carryover
