This executive-level position plays a central role in shaping citywide workforce strategy, supporting employee engagement, and promoting a culture of service, accountability, and innovation. You’ll oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and professional development.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven leadership in human resources, ideally within the public sector
✔ Strong knowledge of aligning HR strategies with organizational goals
✔ Experience in employment law, benefits administration, and employee development
✔ Ability to advise senior leadership on sensitive personnel matters
✔ SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred
Salary - 💰 $145,000–$165,000 (commensurate with experience)
