Summary
Essential Duties Responsibilities
- Helps ensure the safety of patrons and fellow staff members.
- Assists in all aspect of building operations; Answering phones, assisting golfers as needed, food preparation/service, room rental setup/takedown and assisting in general golf programs.
- Performs general cleaning including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping and trash removal.
- Provides support to youth golf programs as needed or as requested.
- Continually shows respect for diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and interests. Exhibits sensitivity to the needs of diverse audiences in all duties performed on behalf of the City to support Roseville in building and sustaining an inclusive and equitable working environment and community.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

- Must work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedule.

Most work is performed in a normal office environment or outside on the golf course; however, there is exposure to a multitude of elements including stress, pressure, and inability to control work pace. Occasionally the job may involve working with and calming individuals who are emotionally charged over an issue. The position requires availability on evenings and weekends.
Limited lifting of 20 pounds or less is required less than 15% of the time.
The Golf Course Attendant is responsible for varied technical, complex, and confidential functions, many of which have deadlines and require significant attention to detail. Approximately 70-90% of the time, work is performed at the highest level of detail under the pressure of deadlines.
