G3-1 to G3-12 Wastewater Plant Operator II-$38,909.73-$53,860.16 Annually. High School Diploma, Class B Wastewater License and Class B CDL.
G4-1 to G4-12 Senior Wastewater Plant Operator-$42,800.70-$59,246.18 Annually. High School Diploma, Class A Wastewater Operator Certificate and Class B CDL.
FLSA: Full-Time Non-Exempt
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This is manual work in the performance of semi-skilled and skilled tasks of a physically demanding nature in support of the City utility operations, maintenance and repair functions. An employee in this class does semi‑skilled and skilled manual labor to provide assistance in the maintenance and repair of the City wastewater and sanitary sewer distribution and wastewater collection systems.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUMS: Graduation from an accredited High School or successful completion of a GED examination and one year experience in the operation of light construction equipment; or an equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
