Duties
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through HR sourcing tools, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes to attract top talent.
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions to onboard new hires effectively, ensuring they understand company policies and culture.
- Oversee benefits administration by explaining plans, handling enrollments, and addressing employee inquiries related to compensation packages.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design projects and implementing workforce management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA, OSHA standards, and HR legal requirements across all HR functions.

Skills
- Strong understanding of employment law, workers' compensation procedures, and regulatory compliance management.
- Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and payroll processing tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively resolve employee relations issues.
- Skilled in conflict management, training & development programs, affirmative action planning, succession planning, and performance management techniques.
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes using Excel data analysis skills;
