Recreation Aide--Front Desk

The part-time Recreation Aide is responsible for front desk operations, short term child care, fitness desk operations, and concession services. Must be able to operate computer software system for point of sales, registration, and pass management, credit card machines and any financial transactions that occur, which includes balancing and closing register drawers. Will assist with servicing the general public at the front desk in an efficient and courteous manner with regard to registration for programs and membership sales, facility usage, preparing photo ID's, answering the telephone, issuing equipment and other related assignments.Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old. Currently enrolled or have graduated from high school or GED program. Customer service experience preferred.The City of Richmond Heights is an equal opportunity employer.
