About the Role:

Designed to provide local youth with meaningful work experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to potential career paths. Through this program, students gain valuable skills while contributing positively to the community. 

Selection for the program will be on a random basis. 

ELIGIBILITY:

•    Live in Reading

•    Ages 14 – 18

  - Must be 14 on the 1st day of work

  - Must have working papers for ages 14-17

•    Must pass a drug screen & background check
