The City of Pueblo is experienced candidates to be our Housing
Redevelopment Program Manager! In this position, your duties will
include managing programs aimed at removing blight, structuring complex
real estate finance deals and HUD funded programs, and analyzing capital
stacks to support redevelopment. Additionally in this role, youll
oversee HUD applications, conduct regular site visits, collaborate with
economic development, and review project proposals to determine
viability. This grant-funded, term-limited position is currently funded
for approximately one (1) year with the potential of extending for an
additional two (2) years, subject to receipt of additional funding. This
