The City of Plano is seeking a dedicated, hardworking Water and Sewer Operations Supervisor to join our Pumping Facilities team. Based out of Ridgeview Pump Station (near Ridgeview Dr. and Custer Rd.), our team operates 24/7 to help ensure the reliable operation of Plano's water and wastewater infrastructure.
In this role, you will lead a team of four crew leaders and two maintenance workers, while overseeing the operation and maintenance of :

The ideal candidate will have at least four (4) years of experience in the operation and maintenance of water pump stations (Water Utilities) and wastewater systems, including some supervisory experience. Experience operating SCADA systems for water and wastewater operations is preferred.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a history of increasing responsibility in both technical work and the training and leadership of others. Must have a Class (C) Water Distribution Operator license, a Class II Wastewater Collection Operator license or better, and basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
