Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Personnel Director (Human Resources Director) located on-site in the City of Paterson. The Personnel Director will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, and implementing staff training programs. The Personnel Director will work closely with department heads to ensure HR practices align with the city's strategic goals.
Qualifications
