🚦 We’re Hiring: Traffic Engineering Manager
The City of Pasco is looking for an experienced Traffic Engineering Manager to lead our Traffic Engineering Division and help shape the future of transportation in one of Washington’s fastest-growing communities.
This leadership role will oversee traffic operations, transportation planning, signal systems, development review, traffic safety initiatives, consultant work, and long-range transportation improvements. The position will also play an important role in identifying infrastructure needs, pursuing project funding, and collaborating with City leadership, regional partners, developers, and the community.
Salary Range: $115,260 – $171,360 annually
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a closely related field
✅ Eight (8) years of progressively responsible traffic or transportation engineering experience
✅ Five (5) years of experience at the professional engineering level
✅ Three (3) years of supervisory experience
✅ Washington State Professional Engineer (PE) registration, or ability to obtain through reciprocity within six months
✅ Public works/public agency experience preferred
✅ PTOE certification desirable
