THE ROLE
As an ERP Programmer Analyst, you will support critical enterprise systems that enable Citywide operations, including financial, HR, and document management platforms. You will play a key role in system administration, data integration, automation, and enterprise reporting to enhance organizational efficiency and data governance.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in enterprise systems, strong analytical and automation skills, and the ability to collaborate with departments to design system solutions that advance strategic goals. A background check may be required upon acceptance of a conditional offer.

Required Minimum Qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in enterprise application administration, automation, or system integration.
- Ability to design and support automated workflows, maintain integrations, and develop reporting solutions.
- Experience with Tyler Munis, New World, or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with HR systems (NeoGov, PeopleSoft, or similar).
- Experience with document management platforms such as Laserfiche or Docuware.
- BI/reporting development experience using SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or SQL-based reporting tools.
- Scripting capabilities in PowerShell, Python, or SQL.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise applications, including ERP, HR, and document management systems.
- Design and implement process automations using tools such as Power Automate and Zapier, and languages such as Python, PowerShell, and SQL.
- Develop, manage, and troubleshoot system integrations to ensure data quality and interoperability across applications.
- Support Citywide data governance efforts, ensuring data integrity, secure access, and consistency.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports using modern BI tools to support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with departments to analyze workflows and deliver enterprise solutions aligned with operational goals.
- Maintain system documentation and user access security according to IT best practices and policies.
