- A passion for the job and helping others
- Assist elderly client with daily living activities, including transfers, using a hoyer lift, helping with bathing, grooming and medication reminders
- Client and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships
- May include light housekeeping, cleaning room, sweeping moping, cleaning bathroom.
